1) Villa Cefalu' (available during August).

In a calm residence dipped in the green, at approximately 5 km from the city centre of Cefalù

there is this small villa on two levels, encircled by a private garden. In the wide common spaces, from which private paths approach to a calm pebble-and-reef beach, there's a swimming pool, tennis court, gazebo, shaded areas and private parking. The house is made by a lower floor with a luminous living room, an independent kitchen in masonry, one double bedroom with a single extra bed, and a bath with shower. The living room is composed by two sofa beds and, from the living room, one can access the pergola garden, furnished with garden furniture in order to lunch outside, equipped with barbecue and an external shower with warm water. On the upper floor, connected with inner stairs in wood, there are two double bedrooms and, in a loft, there is a French bed. On the same floor, there's another bath with shower. The residence is

connected to Cefalù by busses, and in Cefalù it is possible to rent car and scooter. One can enjoy the wonderful fine white sand beach and visit the finest archaeological and historical patrimony of the village. In the country and its vicinities there is the possibility to do relaxing walks and excursions in the park of the Madonie. From the tourist port of Cefalù, there are connections by hydrofoil for the Aeolian Islands: Moreover it is possible to do immersions, horse-riding and golf in the newest court at 10 km from Cefalù.

2) Villa Taormina (available on request).

Villa Taormina is set in a vast park of citrus groves between Monte Tauro (Taormina) and

the finest historic dwellings in the eastern coast of Sicily. The main house dates from 1700 and oozes traditional charm with its terraces, views and sculptured facades. It is set on two floors. On the upper floor, the entrance hall, kitchen, living, reception and dining rooms, all of which furnished with antiques and with through access to a large terrace with views of Mount Etna and the Ionian Sea. Also on this level are a double bedroom and two bathrooms. On the lower floor, 3 double

bedrooms, a single bedroom and 2 bathrooms. All the lower floor bedrooms have direct access to a large terrace through superb floor length windows. Thanks to their long French windows, all rooms in the house are light and well-ventilated, but the breadth of the walls and the outstanding shutters mean that with proper management the house (such as most traditional Sicilian houses) does not require air conditioning, even in August. The gardens are delightfully landscaped in traditional Italian style and contain many remarkable artefacts. The large pool is set in a prominent place, giving it a great view of the house and the landscape beyond. The gardens and terraces have several areas which remain cool and shaded throughout the day, and during summer both lunch and dinner can be taken outdoors in these amazing environments.

3) Villa Selinunte (available 26 July - 02 August).

Villa Selinunte is a new villa; its design is combining both traditional Sicilian architecture

and sophisticated modern décor. The villa, on two levels, is built from local 'tufo' (limestone). It features a very airy, gallery-like living/dining room on the ground floor, with tall glass doors opening to the garden. An interior balcony overlooks the living area and leads into the bedrooms; all of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and air-conditioning. The villa is surrounded by a verdant garden and numerous acres of citrus groves, which produce oranges and mandarin

-oranges throughout the winter months. A dining loggia overlooks the design swimming pool and the annexed sun drenched terrace. Although apparently well off the beaten track, Villa Selinunte is in fact only ten minutes' drive from Selinunte, a huge area of stunning Greek ruins and an hour's drive from lively, glamorous Palermo.

4) Cottage Mondello (available during August).

Cottage Mondello is located ate the foot of Mondello Valdesi in a very central position, at a

few steps from the beach and 15 minutes from the main square and the little harbor of Mondello. The house is dipped in the green of a wide garden and it is actually part of a large villa, with independent entry and on two levels. From an external gate a tree-lined avenue leads to the entry of the house, made by a patio furnished with table and chairs. From a wide French window, one accesses the living room, with a sofa bed and wall closet. On the same floor there is a bath with shower and a masonry kitchen with French window on the

garden, with a patio in a wooden gazebo, furnished with wooden table and chairs for lunches and suppers. Stairs lead to a loft in wood with 2 double bedrooms and another bath with shower. The house is furnished with taste and the wooden floor makes it warm and comfortable. The private parking is in the garden, and there is also a laundry with shower.

5) Villa Scopello (available during August).

Villa Scopello stands inside a residence with a private access to a small bay, close to the

Tonnara of Scopello, with a little stone beach. The house on two floors is surrounded by a green garden with large terraces overlooking the sea. On the first floor there is a large living room with a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower. On the second floor there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom with a bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms have balconies with sea sight. The kitchen is well equipped and functional. The house furniture is nice and tastefully. Inside the residence there is a tennis court and a football play

play ground, private car parking and direct access to the sea. Ideal for families with children or groups of friends. Car use advised.
