The team building is an instrument for corporate business to improve the feeling of reciprocate trust, especially in changing, transformation and reorganization time. It can encourage and develop specific and effective modalities of participation to team work, promoting fast processes of integration and cooperation. If you want to engage your co-workers in a teambuilding experience, we have many activities to propose. Always dreamed about a Ferrari race or perhaps you want to learn how to dive? If you are interested in more or less demanding activities, we also offer extreme sports.

We'll make your stay in Sicily as active as you want it to be. You can experience a special afternoon aboard a yacht or a sailing boat for your personal regatta. The guests are offered an aperitif as the boat cruises along the coast, while the sun slowly sets in the Mediterranean. And when the sun has dropped behind the horizon, the ship anchors in one of the many coves accessible only from the sea. A superb dinner is served together with excellent wines. And to make the evening even more magical, musicians and folk dancers on the beach will amuse you. Or, if you prefer, a mystical evening in an old castle, a first-rate meal, fantastic wines …and mafia; we provide the action-game and the actors, you may provide the solution.

We guarantee a personal approach and a unique experience. We have detailed just a few of some popular activities below, to give you an idea of what we can arrange to ensure that your team building experience will be a success.

Team building 1: The Godfather mafia dinner.

"The Godfather Mafia Dinner" is a gala dinner - show - team building, usually performed inside the location where Francis Ford Coppola shot some of the most important scenes of the saga of the Godfather. It will pull your hosts in the dark meanders of the organized crime with a lot of irony! The event is realized with true actors and performers). Don Tortellini, super boss of the Mafia, has just been victim of murder, and the several mafia clans (the so-called "Famiglie", the Families) are gathered in order to decide who will occupy his position, and of course in order to discover his murderer...Every table will represent therefore a Family, and each Family will try to pursue its own hidden purposes (make one of its members to be the new Godfather, conclude the game with much more money than they had on the start, settle a combined wedding, etc). The game will be guided by a charismatic actor/presenter, revealing periodically new clues about the identity of the murderer, introducing at the same time new cues of the game... leaving space and time, of course, for encounter between the Families, for dealing and betrayal, swindle and conspiracy. At the end of the dinner, the Family achieving the largest number of goals will be declared winner of the game. "Godfather Mafia Dinner" is also available in deluxe version, comprising projections of the testament video of Don Tortellini, the videos of the security camera of Don Tortellini's house, and a lot more. A note of colour and additional fun that will astonish and involve your hosts even more! The dinner is however totally adaptable to whichever requirement and can be performed in a soft version for customers who do not want to actively participate the event; moreover a theatrical interval can be performed before the beginning of dinner with some our actors, performing monologues or duets, interacting with the guests, supplying clues for the resolution of the mystery, giving an ideal recall of the atmosphere of the tour.

Team building 2: The invisible cities.

Title stolen from one of the most famous book of Italo Calvino, The invisible cities is a photographic treasure hunt, with adaptable length, from a few hours to several days. While discovering monuments, curiosities and local legends, we will make you uncover the secret side of an entire city, giving prominence to unknown details and enlightening undervalued places. Guests will be divided in small teams. Each group will be equipped with a city map, a Polaroid instant camera, and a special booklet that the participants need to fill in with pictures certifying they have passed the tests of the treasure hunt. The invisible cities is an amusing and special way to find out the artistically and historical beauties of the places you are visiting, while giving to everyone the possibility to respect their own rhythms. The booklets (realized with the professional advice of ph.D. in History, Archaeology, Art, Architecture), and the entire treasure hunt, could be personalized to suit the will and communication needs of the customer.

Team building 3: Ferrari or Fiat 500 racing day.

Ferrari Racing Day: your own day at the races, inside the Italian motor racing tradition, at full speed! Inside an automobile race track, exclusively rent for you, you will be received by our Umbrella Girls for a welcome cocktail, and later on you will be introduced to a short driving course on track. Right after, our professional pilots will take you for a session of tests on circuit. For all the duration of the event, just like in Formula 1 Grand Prix, our commentators will report all that is happening on the track, they will interview our hosts and the pilots, and they will entertain with elegance the eventual persons not participating the races. There will be a short break for lunch, and then adrenalin will quickly rise, thanks to the extraordinary show offered by our pilots in their frantic super show. An unforgettable appointment, upgradeable with numerous add-on services, such as photographic services, professional film-shooting, or even a gala evening with prize -giving to the best pilots. Available with luxury Ferrari sports cars, or colorful and traditional FIAT 500.

Team building 4: Mediterranean regatta.

This service is just a sample and it can be performed as is for a maximum of 20 participants. If you have more than 20 participants, we shall customize the service for you, amending the program, increasing the number of boats, etcetera. We shall embark the guests at 8:30 AM from our dock in Naxos, on board of nr. 2 Soleil 33. After 30 minutes navigating along the coast, the guests will be disembarked at the Porto dell' Etna (N.B. navigating with 2 twins Soleil boats is a purely spectacular event, the boats are very speedy and elegant). We will realize a Team Building during navigating by having the hosts alternating at the steering, favorable situation for the creation of a convivial moment. Once at the Porto dell' Etna, we'll have breakfast with granita (a typical Sicilian ice cream, with brioches), on board or at the port. 1 hour after breakfast, we'll depart towards the Taormina Bay and the Messina Straight, or towards Catania and Acitrezza (it's up to the guests). We'll arrive circa at 11:00 AM and clinch far from the sea shove or in a bay or in the port; passengers will all go into 1 Soleil. There, we'll have lunch, prepared by first class catering, and based on fish, including lobster, fruits de mer, fresh fruit and cake. It also includes wines and Spumante wine of excellent quality. After lunch, we slowly navigate towards Naxos with both boats, with stops, also for bathing, anytime it is requested. Back to Naxos at approximately 07,00 PM. Along the route we shall describe the views and sights. 2 hostesses on board.

Team building 5: Raid adventure multi sports.

Description of activity: Distance multi sport, joining two or three sport outdoor disciplines such as Mountain-Bike, Canyoning, Canoe, Snorkeling, Descent in double rope, Hydrospeed, etc. Purposes achieved: Cohesion, collaboration, communication, leadership, problem solving, mutual support, interpersonal confidence, group motivation, competition spirit, stress management, risk taking. The activity includes: Activities including all the technical equipment, gadget for the subgroups (such as: caps with serigraphy of the event, T-shirt with serigraphy...), personal assurance RC and accidents, didactic material, teacher trainer for debriefing phase (final verification), prize for the winning team, digital photo-service to project on a screen at the end of the activity and souvenir photo CD or shipment of selected pictures on-line of the event. On request: Transfers to/from the hotel to/from the place of the activity in AWD and Lunch.
